A semi gravy vegetable paired with roti or rice high in protein made with boiled eggs with spices makes any meal complete.
Boil 1 egg and keep aside.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp rai and 2 tbsp chopped onion. Saute till golden brown.
To this mixture, add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/8th tsp haldi. Mix well.
Add water as required, cover and cook on low flame till the raw smell goes off.
Add the preboiled egg in the mixture.
Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
