Egg Manchurian Recipe

A usual Chinese Manchurian made with the addition of protein-rich eggs makes a perfect side with noodles or fried rice or a snack on its own.

1.0 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
2.0 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Vinegar
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
85.0 Ml(85.0 ml) Water
  • Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

  • To that add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2

  • tsp chopped green chilly and saute well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute again.

  • Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • To this mixture add 2 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well.

  • When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix again.

  • Once the gravy is thick, add 1 diced boiled egg and mix well.

  • Serve hot with fried rice.
