- Steps to Prepare













Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.
To that add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2
tsp chopped green chilly and saute well.
Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute again.
Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
To this mixture add 2 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well.
When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix again.
Once the gravy is thick, add 1 diced boiled egg and mix well.
Serve hot with fried rice.
