Steps
- Step 1 Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it
- Step 2 To that add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2tsp chopped green chilly and saute well
- Step 3 Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute again
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well
- Step 5 To this mixture add 2 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well
- Step 6 When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix well
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix again
- Step 8 Once the gravy is thick, add 1 diced boiled egg and mix well
- Step 9 Serve hot with fried rice
