Egg Manchurian Gravy Recipe

A usual Chinese manchurian made protein rich with the addition of eggs makes a perfect side with noodles or fried rice or a snack on it's own.

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil

  • Boil 1 egg and keep it aside.

  • Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

  • To that add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly and saute well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute again.

  • Add 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • To this mixture add 2 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well.

  • When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix again.

  • Once the gravy is thick, add 1 diced boiled egg and mix well.

  • Serve hot with fried rice.
