- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1 tsp butter, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Now add water as needed and cook for 35 minutes.
- Step 4 To this mixture, add 2 boiled eggs (cut into pieces) and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Stir well and serve hot.
