Egg kheema is not only a very tasty recipe but also very nutritious. Eggs are high quality protein, vitamin C, and folate rich. Serve this with pav to make your meal healthy and delicious.
Boil and unshell 2 eggs. Keep aside.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp butter, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Saute all ingredients well.
Now add water as required and cook for 35 min.
To this mixture cut and add 2 boiled eggs, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Stir well and serve it hot.
