  • For Egg Mixture

    In a bowl add 1 egg, 4 tbsp sugar,1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tsp rose water and whisk well.

  • For Karachi Halwa

    In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/8 cup suji and saute it nicely, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, egg mixture,1/2 tsp green elaichi powder,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and stir when they are in thick consistency.

  • Grease tray and pour the mixture and flatten them and put for the set.

  • Cut into pieces and serve.
