  • Cut pav in half and toast in pan with 1/2 tsp butter.

  • In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1/4th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add 1 number of egg and don't mix cook them.

  • On top of the egg add 1/2 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander then remove from pan then cut it in half and place on top of the pav

  • Serve Hot
