- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/8 cup boiled mashed potato, 1 grated egg, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp dhania powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Make a kebab and coat in a prepared egg mixture made by mixing 1 egg with 1/4 black pepper powder.
- Step 4 Deep fry kebab in hot oil.
- Step 5 Serve hot with green chutney.
