in a bowl, add 1/8 cup boiled mashed potato, grated egg, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp haldi ,1/2 tsp dhania powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Make a kebab and coat in a prepared egg mixture.
Deep fry kebab in hot oil.
Serve hot with green chutney.
