For Egg
- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 1 tsp oil and break 1 egg.
- Step 2 Season it with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and scramble the egg. Keep aside.

For Fried Rice
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.
- Step 2 Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.
- Step 3 Add the cooked basmati rice and saute all ingredients.
- Step 4 Now add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, scrambled egg and mix gently.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve warm.
