For Egg
In a nonstick pan, break 1 egg.
Season it with 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and scramble the egg. Keep aside.
For Fried Rice
In a thick bottom pot, heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp cooked chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.
Then add 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.
Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well.
Once mixed, add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 cup scrambled egg and mix again.
Serve hot.
