- Step 1 Make a mix for coating with 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, salt as per taste,1/4 tsp red chilli flakes and mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 2 eggs, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and beat well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 4 Pour egg mixture in a flat bottom pot greased with 1/2 tsp oil, cover and cook it well. Turn of the flame and cut into thick slices.
- Step 5 Take egg slices and first coat with flour mix then dip in 1/2 beaten egg then coat in the 1/8 cup oats.
- Step 6 Roast on a nonstick pan with 1.5 tsp oil till crisp and golden brown
- Step 7 Serve.
