Egg Fingers is a very easy and delicious egg breakfast with fewer ingredients. These fingers are loaded with a lot of protein and are perfect for your kid's tiffin box.

1.0 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Cup(13.0 gm) Oats
2 Egg Whole(90.0 gm) Egg
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
  • In a bowl add 2 eggs,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and beat well.

  • Pour egg mixture in a greased flat bottom pot , steam it for 25 min and cut in a thick slice.

  • Take egg slices and first coat with flour mix then deep in beaten egg then coat in the 1/8 cup oats flour crumbs.

  • roast on a nonstick pan till crisp and golden brown

  • Serve.
