1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Nutmeg
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
1 Number(24.0 gm) Egg Yolk
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/8 Cup(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/8 Cup(46.0 gm) Cream
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
4 Powder Tbsp(44.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • For Short Crust Pastry

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till crumbly texture form.

  • 4 tbsp powder sugar, 1/4th tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required and knead into a dough.

  • Roll out dough in round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of dough.

  • For Filling

    In a mixing bowl add 1 number egg yolk,1 tbsp sugar,1/4th tsp vanilla extract and beat well.

  • Add warm cream Nestlé A+ Milk mixture and mix well.

  • Fill pastry tin with filling mixture and sprinkle 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder.

  • Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 3040 minutes and serve.
