Egg Custard Tart is a tasty, flavourful tart and is loaded with Protein.
For Short Crust Pastry
In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till crumbly texture form.
4 tbsp powder sugar, 1/4th tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required and knead into a dough.
Roll out dough in round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of dough.
In a mixing bowl add 1 number egg yolk,1 tbsp sugar,1/4th tsp vanilla extract and beat well.
Add warm cream Nestlé A+ Milk mixture and mix well.
Fill pastry tin with filling mixture and sprinkle 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 3040 minutes and serve.
