For Short Crust Pastry
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, and 2 tbsp butter, and rub with your hand till a crumbly texture forms.
- Step 2 Add half portion of mashed dates, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 3 Roll out dough in a round shape then place it in a pastry mould and trim the sides of the dough.

For Filling
- Step 1 Mix 2 tbsp cream, and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and boil it.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1 egg yolk, remaining mashed dates, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and beat well.
- Step 3 Add warm cream Nestlé A+ Milk mixture and mix well.
- Step 4 Pour this filling in the pastry tin and sprinkle 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed berries.
- Step 6 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 3040 minutes and serve.
