In a kadhai add 1/8 cup rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger, cover, and cook it till lightly thick.

Add into the 1 number beaten egg,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, and mix it well.
- Step 3
Serve with soya sauce.
