2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/8 Grated Cup(16.0 gm) Cheese
1/8 Grated Cup(15.0 gm) Mozzarella
1 Number(60.0 gm) Boiled Egg
  • In a mixing bowl add 1 number of chopped boiled egg,1/8th cup grated mozzarella cheese,1/8th cup grated cheese,1 tsp mayonnaise,1 tbsp spring onion,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Take a small portion and shape it into the round poppers ball. Dip poppers ball in a maids slurry and coat with 2 tbsp bread crumb.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and add poppers. Deep fry poppers tin golden in color.

  • Serve hot.
