Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add 1 number of chopped boiled egg,1/8th cup grated mozzarella cheese,1/8th cup grated cheese,1 tsp mayonnaise,1 tbsp spring onion,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt and mix it well
- Step 2 Take a small portion and shape it into the round poppers ball
- Step 3 Dip poppers ball in a maids slurry and coat with 2 tbsp bread crumb
- Step 4 Heat oil in a kadhai and add poppers
- Step 5 Deep fry poppers tin golden in color
- Step 6 Serve hot
