- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup chopped cucumber,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chillies,1.5 tbsp chopped pudina and 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Chop 1.5 eggs and add 1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and mix well.
- Step 4 Add the spiced eggs to the chopped veggies and toss. Make a bed of 1 lettuce on a serving platter, put the egg chaat over them.
- Step 5 Serve.
