Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
Now add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve.
