Egg Butter Masala Recipe

2.0 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.

  • Now add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix well and serve.
