Egg Burnt Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

  • For making Egg burnt garlic fried rice

  • Prepreparation,

  • Wash and cook 2 tbsp basmati rice and keep aside.

  • For fried rice,

  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt & saute well.

  • Once the vegetables are mixed, crack 1 egg in it and stir till it gets scrambled.

  • Add the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp vinegar and stir well.

  • Serve hot. Enjoy.
