The egg burger is a simple twist on the classic beef burger, substituting the beef patty for an egg. Like any burger, dress it up or down with your own personal combination of toppings and condiments.

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Medium(65.0 gm) Burger Bun
3 No.(10.0 gm) Olives
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1 Slice(9.0 gm) Onion
1 No.(18.0 gm) Lettuce
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly Powder
1/8(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
  • For Omelette

    In a Bowl

  • Add 1 whole egg, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder .

  • Mix Well

  • In a Pan

  • Add 1 tsp Butter , add the egg mixture .

  • For Burger

    Burger Bun , on one bun apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup ,2 tsp Mayonnaise , add 1 no Lettuce , 1 slice onion , 2 slice tomato, 1/4 th tsp red chilly powder ,1/8th tsp salt , 1/8th tsp black pepper powder

  • Add egg omelette and add 3 olive

  • Close with other Bun

  • Serve
