- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp mustard oil, add halved boiled egg whites and 1 boiled egg cut into half.
- Step 2 Shallow fry until crispy and flip them.
- Step 3 Sprinkle 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt as per taste.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5 Flip And shallow fry from another side until crispy.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve.
