A popular Indian breakfast dish, rich in protein. The addition of fresh herbs and cumin seeds aids digestion, while the black sesame seeds help regulate blood pressure.
In a kadhai, heat 1.5 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp each of jeera, red chilli powder, and haldi.
Add 1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of chopped onion and 1/4th tsp salt.
Saute the ingredients well.
Add 1 whole egg and scramble.
Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
Finally, sprinkle a tsp of black sesame seeds on top and serve hot with a buttered pav.
