Steps
- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1
- Step 2 5 tsp oil
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp each of jeera, red chilli powder, and haldi
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of chopped onion and 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 5 Saute the ingredients well
- Step 6 Add 1 whole egg and scramble
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves, and mix well
- Step 8 Finally, sprinkle a tsp of black sesame seeds on top and serve hot with a buttered pav
