- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp each of jeera, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp haldi.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of chopped onion and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4 Saute the ingredients well.
- Step 5 Add 1 whole egg and scramble.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by sprinkling black sesame seeds and serve hot with a buttered pav.
