Egg Baked Sandesh Recipe

Sandesh is a Bengali dessert but it twists with egg. This recipe is very delicious and healthy. Eggs are a rich source of protein.

4 Tbsp(36.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Pista
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Milk Powder
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
  • In a bowl add 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar powder, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tbsp

  • Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1 tbsp fine suji, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tsp ghee and blend them with a hand blender.

  • Pour batter in mold, add 1 tbsp chopped pista, and cover with silver foil.

  • Bake at 170 degrees for 45 mins and cut into pieces.

  • Serve.
