- Step 1
For Manchruian
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix everything well.
- Step 2
Make small manchurian balls.
- Step 3
Heat oil for frying and deep fry manchurian till it turns golden brown.
- Step 4
For Sauce
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and saute till brown.

Now add 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar and

manchurian balls.

Add water, corn flour slurry,1/4 cup chopped spring onion and mix.
- Step 8
For Noodles
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a kadai add 1 tbsp chopped garlic,1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden

brown.
- Step 10
Add 1/8 cup julienne carrot, 1/8 cup julienne capsicum, 3 chopped broccoli florets, 1/2 cup chopped spring onioand stir fry.
- Step 11
Now add 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, boiled noodles, 1 beaten egg and mix
- Step 12
properly.
- Step 13
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 14
Serve hot with manchurian.
