For Manchruian
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup grated cabbage, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix everything well.
Make small manchurian balls
Heat oil for frying and deep fry manchurian till it turns golden brown.
For Sauce
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste and saute till brown.
Now add 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1 tbsp red chilly sauce, 1/4th tsp salt and Manchurian balls.
Add Water, corn flour slurry,1/4th cup chopped spring onion and mix.
For Noodles
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/8th cup julienne carrot, 1/8th cup julienne capsicum green, 3 chopped broccoli florets, 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
and stir fry.
Now add 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce, boiled noodles, 1 beaten egg and mix properly.
Add 1/4th tsp black pepper.
Serve hot with Manchurian.
