Tomato Bottlegourd Soup Recipe

1/2 Diced Cup(50.0 gm) Bottle Gourd
1/2 Diced Cup(86.0 gm) Tomato
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.63 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
115.0 Ml(115.0 ml) Water
  • Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a frying pot at a low flame and add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Add 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/2 cup diced bottle gourd and a little water to the pan and allow it to cook.

  • Once the vegetables are softened and cooked, take off the flame.

  • Blend to obtain a souplike consistency.

  • Put it back on the flame and add a little more water along with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Cover and allow the soup to simmer.

  • Garnish with a mint leaf.

  • Serve hot.
