No better way to include vegetables like dudhi and tomatoes in a single dish for your children. This soup is the right blend of vegetables seasoned with Indian spices.
Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a frying pot at a low flame and add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Add 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/2 cup diced bottle gourd and a little water to the pan and allow it to cook.
Once the vegetables are softened and cooked, take off the flame.
Blend to obtain a souplike consistency.
Put it back on the flame and add a little more water along with 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.
Cover and allow the soup to simmer.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
