Steps
- Step 1 In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute
- Step 2 Add 1
- Step 3 5 tbsp chopped onion, saute till golden brown
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix
- Step 5 Now add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, mix everything well
- Step 6 Add 1/2 cup diced bottle gourd, water, close the lid and cook
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top and serve
