Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, and 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp fruit salt, a little water and mix gently.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 5
Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp oil and pour the batter.
- Step 6
Steam it for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Step 7
Once cooked, gently demould, cut into pieces and keep aside.
- Step 8
For tadka, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, and add 1/4 tsp rai and 4 kadi patta.
- Step 9
Pour this tadka over the dhokla and cut it into squareshaped pieces.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
