- Step 1 In a blender, add 3.5 tbsp grated bottle gourd, 2 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tbsp bhuna chana, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 3 Blend all the ingredients until smooth
- Step 4 Serve
