- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta and allow to crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 dry red chilli, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and pour in little water.
- Step 3 Add besan dahi mixture and mix properly.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt for taste, cooked dudhi and mix gently
- Step 5 Simmer for a minute.
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Serve warm with chapati.
