- Step 1 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp rai,1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi patta and allow to crackle.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated cucumber and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 cup diced dudhi and add water as required.
- Step 5 Close the lid and cook till dudhi is tender.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
