A typical Indian delicacy, cooked in every Indian household is the nutritious fiber rich bhaji suitable to be served with rice or rotis.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.
Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4th cup chopped tomato and saute.
Add 1 tsp oil in a heated pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/8th cup chopped bottle gourd, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.
Cover and allow to cook.
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
