A typical Indian delicacy, cooked in every Indian household is the nutritious fiber rich bhaji suitable to be served with rice or rotis.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 cup chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
Add 1 tsp oil in a heated pan.
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 cup chopped bottle gourd, 1/4 tsp salt and little water.
Cover and allow to cook.
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
