- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 cup diced potatoes, 1/4 cup diced dudh and add water for cooking
- Step 3 Cook the vegetables on low flame
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Step 5 Mix everything and cook until done
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot.
