Bottle Gourd Potato Dry Vegetable Recipe

A combination of potatoes and dudhi makes a highly nutritious vegetable to be paired with rotis and served as a lunch or dinner option.

  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.

  • Add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th cup of diced potatoes, 1/4th cup of diced dudhi, add 20ml water and let it simmer.

  • Next, add 1/4th tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, and salt.

  • Cook well for 56 minutes, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Add white sesame seed for a nutritional twist.

  • Serve hot.
