Dudhi Adrak Paratha With Ghee Recipe

3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

2 Tbsp(24.0 gm) Bottle Gourd (Grated)

2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan

1 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger (Grated)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a Bowl, Add 2 tbsp besan ,3 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped pudina, 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd,1 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi.

  • Add oil and knead the dough with water.

  • Divide dough into equal size balls

  • Roll into paratha.

  • Heat a pan and roast the parathas with ghee on both sides untill well done.

  • Serve with curd, raita or chutney.
