In a Bowl, Add 2 tbsp besan ,3 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped pudina, 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd,1 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi.
Add oil and knead the dough with water.
Divide dough into equal size balls
Roll into paratha.
Heat a pan and roast the parathas with ghee on both sides untill well done.
Serve with curd, raita or chutney.
