This super easy and scrumptious sweet vermicelli loaded with dry fruits makes a quick fix when you are running short of time.
Heat 1/2 tbsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame.
Add 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tsp chopped pista, roast until slightly browned and set aside.
Take another frying pan at a low flame and heat 1/2 tbsp ghee in it.
Add 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli and roast.
Once golden brown, add 1 cup milk, 1/8th cup sugar and mix well.
Cover and allow it to cook.
After a few minutes, once the milk is simmering add the previously roasted nuts mixture and mix well.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
