Dry Fruit Milkshake Without Sugar Recipe

A delicious and wholesome milkshake that is a storehouse of proteins, calcium and omega 3.

3/4 Cup(153.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut(Chopped)

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond(Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Pista(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut(Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Dates(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Nutmeg Powder
  • In a blender, add 3/4th cup milk, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut, 2 tbsp chopped pista, 1 tbsp chopped almond, 2 tbsp chopped dates, 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder and 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Blend the mixture till smooth.

  • Serve chilled.
