1/8 Tsp(0.08 gm) Kesar
1.75 Cup(307.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Custard Powder
5 Number(3.0 gm) Pista
5 Number(6.0 gm) Cashewnut
5 Number(5.0 gm) Almond
  • For Nuts Mixture

    In a grinder add 5 almonds,5 cashewnut, 5 pista ,2 tsp vanilla custard powder,2 tbsp sugar, and grind it in a fine powder.

  • For IceCream

    In a pan add 1.5 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and bring to a boil.

  • Add into the nuts mixture,1/8 tsp kesar, 2 tbsp sugar, mix and cook it well.

  • Cool down the Nestlé A+ Milk mixture and Grind it.

  • Pour Nestlé A+ Milk mixture in a mold and set in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

  • Break the set icecream and again grind it well. Pour in a mold and refrigerate it till set.

  • Serve.
