Dry Fruit Chapati Recipe

Dry Fruits Chapati is a whole wheat flour roti that is simply delicious and irresistible when stuffed with powdered dried fruits. Unlike other Chapati, this Indian flatbread is high in protein, carbohydrate and healthy fats.

3.0 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1.0 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Powder Tsp(4.0 gm) Walnut
1.0 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Cashewnut
1.0 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
2.0 Powder Tsp(4.0 gm) Jaggery
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl take 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp almond powder, 1 tsp cashew nut powder, 1 tsp pistachio powder, 1 tsp walnut powder, 1.5 tsp jaggery powder and mix well.

  • Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.

  • Rolling it into a ball form, coat it very lightly with whole wheat flour. Flatten and make it in a circular chapatti shape using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the chapatti on it.

  • Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well with 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Serve hot.
