Dry Fruit Bar Recipe

Dry fruit bars are healthy homemade energy bars naturally sweetened with dates, which bind the nuts and seeds together. Crunchy and chewy, with a nuttiness from various nuts and seeds. The best energy snack for everyone.

1/2 Chopped Cup(82.0 gm) Dates
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Fig
3.0 Grated Tsp(3.0 gm) Dry Coconut
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Cashewnut
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ghee
  • Dry roast 2 tsp chopped almonds.

  • To that, add 2 tsp chopped cashewnut, 1 tbsp chopped fig, 3 tsp grated dry coconut and roast it.

  • In a pan, add 1/2 cup dates and the roasted dry fruits. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  • Now grease the mould with 1/4 tsp ghee and transfer the prepared dry fruit mixture in the mould.

  • Refrigerate and allow it to set and then demould.

  • Serve a healthy dry fruit bar as a snack.
