- Step 1 Heat a pan and dry roast 2 tsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp chopped cashewnuts, 1 tbsp chopped fig, 3 tsp grated dry coconut.
- Step 2 Roast until light brown and keep aside.
- Step 3 In the same pan, add 1/2 cup chopped dates, add the roasted dry fruits.
- Step 4 Mix all ingredients well and turn off the flame.
- Step 5 Next, grease a mould with 1/4 tsp ghee and transfer the dry fruit mixture.
- Step 6 Set it gently using a spatula.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 8 Refrigerate to set and then demould.
- Step 9 Cut into rectangular bars
- Step 10 Serve this healthy dry fruit bar as a snack.
