Drumstick is a vegetable which is high in fiber and It regulates blood sugar levels, digestive health, developing stronger bones and helps purifying blood Boosts immunity.
In a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp chopped tomato.
Add drumstick, 1tbsp peanut powder, water & simmer
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with chapati.
