Boil and dice 1/2 cup potato
For making Drumstick potato curry
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil,1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilies,1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp of haldi,1/4th tsp of dhania powder, 1/4th tsp of salt, 9 drumstick and water as required.
Saute it well. Cover and cook till the drumsticks are done.
Then add 1/2 cup boiled and diced potato, mix it and add 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
