Drumstick Potato Curry Recipe

A simple tangy dish with drumsticks and potatoes simmered in a spicy onion tomato gravy goes well with rotis or rice.

  • Boil and dice 1/2 cup potato

  • For making Drumstick potato curry

  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil,1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilies,1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp of haldi,1/4th tsp of dhania powder, 1/4th tsp of salt, 9 drumstick and water as required.

  • Saute it well. Cover and cook till the drumsticks are done.

  • Then add 1/2 cup boiled and diced potato, mix it and add 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
