  • Take 4 drumsticks, boil and keep aside.

  • To make the besan paste take a mixing bowl to add 2 tbsp besan, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd, pour in a little water and whisk using a spoon. Keep aside.

  • Take a frying pan, heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 4 of the previously cooked drumstick and mix well.

  • Further, add the previously made besan paste, pouring in a little water stir properly.

  • Sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt and mix again.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with rice or chapati.
