- Step 1 In a pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp white til, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 4 cloves, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and 1 tbsp chopped onion.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp tur dal, 12 drumsticks and water .
- Step 3 Cover & pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding drumstick leaves.
- Step 5 Serve with chapati/ rice.
