Drumstick Curry is a delicious and tangy gravy recipe which is prepared using a melange of spices. It can be served with either roti or rice.
In a blender, add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder and 1/4th tsp dhania powder.
Blend all these ingredients into a paste and keep it aside.
In a kadai, put 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 7 kadi patta and the prepared paste.
Add water as required and then put 4 drumstick in it.
Add 1/4th tsp salt and mix everything well.
Cover and cook until the drumsticks are well cooked.
Serve it hot along with rice.
