  • Take 6 drumstick pieces in a sauce pan, cover with water. Cook till drumstick is done. Cool it down, strain it.

  • Remove the flesh from the drumsticks. Reserve the stock and flesh.

  • Heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 2 tbsp onions, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute for a min.

  • Add drumstick flesh and mix well.

  • Blend into a puree till smooth.

  • Take stock and puree in a sauce pan. Add 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1/4th tsp cumin powder, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Bring it to a boil. Remove the scum off and simmer for 5 mins.

  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
