- Step 1
In a blender, add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder and 1/4 tsp dhania powder.
- Step 2
Blend all these ingredients into a paste and keep it aside.
- Step 3
In a kadai, put 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 7 kadi patta and the prepared paste.
- Step 4
Add water as required and then put 4 drumstick in it.
- Step 5
Add 1/4th tsp salt and mix everything well.
- Step 6
Cover and cook until the drumsticks are well cooked.
- Step 7
Serve it hot along with rice.
