- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai, add 2.5 tsp ghee, 8 cashew nuts and roast it well.
- Step 2 Add 2 cloves, 1 cardamom, 2 whole black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 1/2 tsp jeera,
- Step 3 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp green
- Step 5 peas. Saute it well.
- Step 6 Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste. Mix it well.
- Step 8 Add the cooked basmati rice. Mix all the ingredients gently.
- Step 9 Add 1 tsp lemon juice. Garnish with 1 tbsp raisins.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 11 Serve it hot with raita.
