30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai, add 2 tsp ghee, 8 cashew nuts and roast it well.

  • Add 2 cloves, 1green elaichi, 2 whole black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well

  • Add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp green peas

  • Saute it well

  • Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well

  • Cover and cook for 2 mins

  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste

  • Mix it well

  • Add the cooked basmati rice

  • Mix all the ingredients gently

  • Add 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp raisins

  • Serve it hot.
