  • Prepreparation

    Blanch and puree 2 tbsp palak

  • For kadhi

    In a bowl, add 3 tbsp curd, 2 tsp besan, 2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp palak puree, 1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp sugar and whisk it till smooth

  • Add water and keep it aside.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp methi seeds, 1/2 cinnamon, 1 clove, 2 tsp chopped onion, 4 curry patta, 1 red chilly, 1 tbsp grated bottle gourd and saute it well

  • Add the curd mixture and mix it well

  • Garnish with coriander leaves

  • Simmer it for 1 min

  • Serve it hot
