- Step 1 Dry roast 1 tbsp each of white sesame seeds, groundnut, grated coconut and grind to a paste.
- Step 2 For the bhaji, first heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow to crackle.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 5 Next, add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 6 Add sufficient water and the prepared peanut paste and mix well.
- Step 7 Then add 1/2 cup chopped torai and mix well again.
- Step 8 Add more water as required.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 10 Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
- Step 11 Serve with rotis or rice.
