- Step 1 Begin the preprep by boiling one egg, keep aside and make a puree of 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato separately.
- Step 2 In a heated pan add 1/2 tsp mustard oil (keep flame high).
- Step 3 To this add boiled egg, 1/4 tsp salt and1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 4 Shallow fry it until it's golden brown.
- Step 5 Keep this egg aside.
- Step 6 Now, in the same pan in the remaining oil add 1 dry red chilli, 1 clove, 1/2 black elaichi, 1/2 bay leaf and 1/8 tsp jeera.
- Step 7 Allow this mixture to crackle.
- Step 8 Now add 1 tbsp chopped Onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 9 Saute all ingredients till golden brown.
- Step 10 Now add 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder.
- Step 11 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 12 Now add onion puree, tomato puree, 1/8 cup diced potato and water as required.
- Step 13 Again mix all ingredients well.
- Step 14 Add water as required then cover and cook for 58 min.
- Step 15 Now add boiled egg, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 16 Mix it well.
- Step 17 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 18 Serve hot with Chapati or Rice.
