Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a heated pan add 1 tsp Mustard Oil (keep flame high).
- Step 2
To this add Boiled Egg, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Haldi.
- Step 3
Shallow fry it until it's golden brown.
- Step 4
Keep this egg at a side.
- Step 5
Now, in the same pan add 2 dry Red Chillies, 2 Lavang, 1 Black Elaichi, 1 Bay Leaf, 1/4 tsp Jeera.
- Step 6
Allow this mixture to crackle.
- Step 7
Now add 2 tbsp chopped Onion, 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic paste.
- Step 8
Saute all ingredients till golden brown.
- Step 9
Now add 1 tbsp chopped Tomato, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/4 tsp Dhania powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera powder, 1.5 tbsp chopped Onion,
- Step 10
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 11
Now add 1.5 tbsp Onion puree, 1 tbsp Tomato puree, 1/4 cup diced Potato and water as required.
- Step 12
Again mix all ingredients well.
- Step 13
Add water as required then cover and cook for 58 min.
- Step 14
Now add Boiled Egg, 1 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves.
- Step 15
Mix it well.
- Step 16
Serve hot with Chapati or Rice.
