For the filling
- Step 1 Take a fresh bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 3 Take the filling mixture and put it in the center. Covering from all sides fold it into a ball again.
- Step 4 Flatten and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1 tsp ghee on the paratha.
- Step 6 Make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
