- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp chopped dill leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 3
Gradually add water and knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.
- Step 4
For the filling, take another bowl, add 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll and stuff with a spoonful of filling and roll again
- Step 6
Heat a nonstick tava, place the paratha and roast using ghee on both sides
- Step 7
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or curry.
