1/2 Chopped Cup(82.0 gm) Dates
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Pista
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Khas Khas
1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • Take a pan and heat 1/2 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp khas khas, allow to crackle and remove from the flame.

  • Then add 1/2 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp chopped almond,1 tbsp chopped pista,1 tbsp chopped cashewnut.

  • Roast till golden brown.

  • Remove in a bowl.

  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup ground dates, roasted poppy seeds, roasted nuts. Mix well.

  • Make Ladoo

  • Serve. Enjoy.
