1/4 Chopped Cup(41.0 gm) Dates
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(21.0 gm) Fig
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Cashewnut
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 1.5 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped pista and 2 tbsp chopped fig.

  • Roast until golden brown and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl, add ground dates, roasted nuts and mix well using a spoon.

  • Make small balls and transfer to a serving platter.

  • Garnish with sliced nuts.

  • Serve fresh.
