Dates Anjeer Barfi is a quick and nutritious dessert. It is low in sugar and high in dry fruits and nuts, making it a very healthy snack.
Nutrition Information per serve
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped pista and 2 tbsp chopped fig.
Roast until golden brown and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add ground dates, roasted nuts and mix well using a spoon.
Make small balls and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with sliced nuts.
